How To Apply For a Mortgage Home Loan
The First Step is to complete the Mortgage Loan Application. This is where you will enter in all of your personal and financial information for us to review! Make sure to upload your documents so we can review and provide you with an accurate Pre-Approval!
Next Step is to request and pay for your credit report. This will allow you to have a copy of your credit report to review for accuracy, get access to your credit scores and will be submitted to us for the Pre-Approval process!
The cost of the Credit Report is $98 and this fee is paid directly to the credit bureaus.
Once we have reviewed the application and credit report we will have a consultation with you to go over the mortgage loan amount, monthly payment, how the home buying process works and answer any questions you have!
The documents are required to verify the information your put on the application. It is a 3rd party document that verifies what you stated as far as your job history, current income and assets. Not every lender requires your to submit documentation at the time of application. Our team prides ourselves on accurate and solid Pre-Approvals. We want to ensure when we say you are Pre-Approved that you can count on closing your home loan once you find your perfect home!
In order for us to review your pre-approval we must take into account your current debts- as that is a major factor in the amount we can approve you! When you pay for the credit report it allows for you to get a copy of it to review for accuracy and the score! We will credit you back the cost of the report at your loan closing!
Buying a home is typically the largest purchase of your life. As such, you should have an advocate on your side. Working with the right professionals in your real estate transaction is critical, and just as important as your lender. Your agent will be your advisor on what home to buy, determining an offer price, communicating with the seller's agent, verifying escrow, and reviewing title and disclosure reports for accuracy and compliance. Realtors are seasoned in the art of home buying as well as their market areas. A professional guide can keep you from making huge mistakes such as offering to much money or choosing the wrong house.
An appraisal is used to help establish the value of a piece of property. Home inspections will tell you what is right or wrong with the house, what to do to correct things, and how much it might cost.
Although a home inspection is not an inspection can bring to light potential or existing issues with a home before you get to deep into the process. This documented, professional opinion of a home is based on a visual evaluation and operational testing of the home’s systems and components to determine their current condition.
